Zagreb Dance Company

Zagreb Dance Company was founded in 1970 by the dance artist Lela Gluhak Buneta, and since 2014 it has been run by the producer Petra Glad Mazar with Petra Valentic joining her in the artistic directors role in 2022.. Throughout many years of its existence and under the leadership of various artistic directors, Zagreb Dance Company (ZPA) has always insisted on original works and high artistic and technical level of its productions. Regular collaborations with foreign choreographers and various artists from the fields of theatre, visual arts and music, have contributed to the Companys readiness to face the challenges of different artistic approaches and poetics. As such, ZPA has marked the careers of many dancers and dance experts who are working in Croatia and abroad.
