Our mission is to take conventional recruitment processes and make them more dynamic, cost-effective and risk averse. Our niche is the entry-level market; this is inclusive of graduates, second and third jobbers. Our permanent placements all incorporate our try before you hire ethos whereby we dont charge our clients until a good fit has been established on both sides. We place back office and support staff through our Zara Support process, as well as temporary staff through the Zara Contracting framework. Zara Recruitment also supplements graduate recruitment undertaken by some of Australias largest firms through our partner programs.
