Zarach

A Leeds based charity committed to helping children and families who are living in poverty crisis. We do this by providing a bed bundle which includes a bed, mattress, duvet, pillow, bedding, pyjamas and hygiene pack. We know that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. A child arriving at school tired and hungry is less likely to engage and less likely to succeed. We want to level the playing field and provide all children with an equal opportunity to learn. We receive referrals from over 100 partner schools, and provide ongoing support including signposting and advocacy. We also provide food to the neediest families and small home improvements. Our mission is to bring lasting and positive change to those children growing up in the grips of poverty crisis through bed bundles and food deliveries, tailored support packages, and raising awareness
