Founded by Olympic and NCAA athletes, ZGiRLS has helped thousands of girls across the country build confidence, self-esteem, and mental resilience through group-based mentorship, summer camps, and parental support. Girls today continue to struggle with peer pressure, suffer depression and anxiety, and engage in at-risk behaviors at alarming rates. At the same time, women today continue to battle gender inequality and bump up against the glass ceiling.
