Founded in 1929 by Vito Zichittella, a connoisseur of coffee, Zicaffe is a coffee roasting company, based in Marsala, Sicily. The company has always pursued a high-quality product policy. Zicaffe imports the highest quality of green coffee directly from producing countries. Roasting, blending and grinding techniques are the result of more then 80 years of experience. The whole production cycle is performed through the latest technologies, and is completely managed by computers. Quality, experience, innovation, wisely blended to get a superb coffee. As a result, two of Zicaffe coffee blends - namely Cinquantenario and Crema in Tazza Superior - have been awarded the Espresso Italiano Institute Certification.
