Our mission is to eliminate barriers to healthcare access by offering same-day appointments and emphasizing long-lasting relationships over one-time transactions. At Zocalo Health, each member is paired with a dedicated community health worker (promotora de salud) to create a personalized, relationship-based partnership. This approach enables us to better understand each members goals, values, and unique cultural background.
