Our hotel is a business which is a subsidiary of Zorlu Holding that commenced business with a few weaving looms in the region of Babadag in Denizli in 1953 and now has operations in electronic and white goods (Vestel), textile (Korteks, Tac, Linens) and energy (Zorlu Enerji) sectors. Because Mr. Ahmet N. Zorlu and Mr. Zeki Zorlu took up business in Trabzon, thus have great passion for the city, they decided to make investment in Trabzon and build a hotel that the city needed. As a result of this desire and need, Zorlu Grand Hotel was put into service in Trabzon in 1997. Our hotel which is the only 5-star hotel in Trabzon is 4 km to the Trabzon Airport, 10 minutes to the World Trade Center, and 50 meters to central Trabzon which is the point of departure of all transportation vehicles.
