Zaklad Przemyslu Miesnego Biernacki Sp. z o. o. is a polish company with thirty years of tradition and experience in the meat industry. We are one of the largest and most modern beef producers in Europe. Exporting high-quality beef and innovative beef products to more than 60 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. We have implemented HACCP standards and are IFS, BRC certified. Specialized in slaughtering Halal, Kosher beef, and controling all processes from slaughtering through cutting, packaging and shipping to customers. Our fresh meat packing department is preparing beef for the majority of supermarket chains in Poland, and frozen meat packing department preparing a whole range of frozen products for our foreign partners.
